These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") apply to the zeeproc "Free Access for 1 Year" promotional offer ("Offer"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Offer Terms, as well as the zeeproc Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Offer Governance
The Offer is owned, operated, and administered by Agentware AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Agentware"). All decisions related to the Offer shall be governed by Agentware AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion.
Agentware reserves the right to make the final decision on the scale, eligibility, and duration of the free offer provided to any individual or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, the number of customer seats, feature access, and the precise length of the promotional period. The interpretation of these Offer Terms and the resolution of any disputes shall be at the final discretion of Agentware.
2. Eligibility
The Offer is available to new customers only, as determined by Agentware. Existing customers or those who have previously held a zeeproc account may not be eligible. Agentware reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services provided under this Offer are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Agentware does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Agentware AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services provided under this Offer.
5. Modification and Termination
Agentware reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any changes to the Offer will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Offer Terms on this page.
6. General Conditions
These Offer Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agentware regarding this Offer. Your use of the zeeproc platform is also subject to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
