zeeproc Services & Personal Data
zeeproc is a SaaS-based customer success management platform. Users integrate customer and CRM applications, processingtheir data that may contain Personal Data . Under GDPR, zeeproc acts as a data processor for content processed per customer instructions; customers are the data controllers.

For customer support, users may voluntarily share end-user Personal Data (e.g., email, phone number, name) via zeeproc’s platform. zeeproc does not directly collect end-user data.
