What are credits and how do they work?
Credits represent AI-powered actions on zeeproc. Each credit corresponds to one AI usage - such as analyzing customer health, generating insights, automating workflows, or processing customer data through our intelligent agents. As a reference, 100 credits ~ 1 USD worth of AI compute tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that reset at the start of each billing period. If you need additional credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase credit add-ons.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Per standard B2B SaaS practices, subscriptions are non-cancellable during the current billing period. You can choose not to renew at the end of your billing term (monthly or annual), and your service will continue until the end of the paid period. This ensures service continuity and aligns with enterprise planning cycles.
What happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?
When you upgrade to a higher plan, we'll apply a pro-rata adjustment for the remainder of your current billing period. You'll receive a credit for the unused portion of your current plan, which will be applied to your new plan. Your new plan benefits and credit allocation take effect immediately. A new contract will be signed for the duration you've selected (monthly or annual) starting from the upgrade date.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual plans offer significant savings of approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. With annual billing:
  • You pay upfront for 12 months of service
  • Your monthly credit allocation remains the same but at a reduced effective monthly cost
  • You lock in your current pricing for the full year
  • You get predictable costs for easier budgeting
What happens if I exceed my customer limit?
Each plan includes a specific customer limit. If you approach or exceed your limit, we'll proactively reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs. This ensures optimal performance and that you have adequate credits for all your customers.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over. Each billing period, your credit balance resets to your plan's allocation. This model ensures fair usage across all customers and keeps the platform performant. If you consistently have unused credits, you might consider a plan better suited to your usage patterns.
